Many organizations are very introverted and self-centered as a customer or company centric.
What companies never forget that the success or failure of their business is heavily dependent on external factors rather than internal factors, namely the customers are out there and not inside the company.
How do you ensure that your company is not self-centered and more customers andcentric society?
First and foremost, you must remember that people who work for you to customers and consumers. To group and let them say what is important to them.
- Circles
It is possible with the organization in Circles, known as the Better Business Circles (BBCS).
All BBC may be assigned a specific task or topic, for example,
* BBC for the Environment
* On BBC Sport Promotion
* BBC for drug abuse
* BBC on childrenHealth
- Methodology
The parties are in a panel discussion and the environment in which all participants are described in the same circle and are equally important.
* The district will be determined by
* The circle of employees from various departments or divisions
* The circle is a facilitator and not as a president and a secretary
* Each BBC will take 5 to 10 members, and will be responsible for:
***** Identify what your company is already doing in their responsibilities
***** What can you do with your company
***** What would be the cost, if necessary
***** Who should) (outside of your company is working to ensure that the company is represented
***** If the efforts are localized, regionalized, nationalized or internationalized
***** For the management report on the findings and recommendation of the BBC
